I have been a Pescaterian for a year now...
I’m so proud of myself though! A whole year without eating red meat. In past years i have yoyo-ed from being a vegan, and a vegetarian, but i’m glad i now finally found a “diet” that works for me that I can follow! I’d suggest it to anyone, even if you eat poultry just make sure its organic/kosher/free ranged! Yay! BRING IT 2011.

Phylicia Barnes went missing two days ago.
I don’t know all of the details because I don’t personally know her but one of my friends is really upset over it and any kind of help would be really appreciated.
She lives around the Monroe/Charlotte NC area, but she has family in Atlanta, Georgia so she could really be anywhere.
